Dr. Sarita Rani Chukka is an Assistant Professor of English at Damodaram Sanjeevayya National Law University, where she has been serving since June 2024. She was awarded a Ph.D. in English in 2022 from Andhra University. She completed her M.Phil in English in 2015 and M.A. in English in 2011 from the same university.
She has over a decade of teaching experience in higher education. From October 2014 to May 2024, she worked as a Guest Faculty in English in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at A.U. College of Engineering (A), Andhra University. During this period, she taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses including English, Soft Skills, Research Methodology, Research Paper Writing, and Value Education. Since June 2024, she has been teaching English at the undergraduate level at Damodaram Sanjeevayya National Law University.
Dr. Chukka’s academic and research interests include English Language Teaching and value-based education. She has published research articles in reputed national and international journals between 2015 and 2025, contributing significantly to interdisciplinary academic discourse.
She qualified the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State Eligibility Test (SET) in English in 2012, the UGC NET in Education in 2014, and the SET in Education in 2015. To enhance her pedagogical skills, she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching English (PGDTE) from the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad, in 2018.
