Prof. (Dr.) GantaSatyanarayana has been serving as Adjunct Professor of Law of DamodaramSanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam since December 2020. Prior to this, he served as Principal of P.S.R Law College, Kakinada East Godavari District AndhraPradesh. He has more than 27 years’ experience in academics and worked as Lecturer, N.V. P Law College Madurawada, Principal,All Saints Christian Law College R Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh, Principal, P S R Law College Kakinada, East Godavari Dist. Registrar cum Admn.Officer, Regency Educational Society Yanam(U.T of Pondicherry) Academic Director, Chaitanya Educational Group Kakinada C E O (Chief Executive Officer) R.K Electricals and Electronics Ltd., (ISO 2001) Company, Kakinada. He obtained his B.L. from Andhra University Visakhapatnam, A.P. and Master of Law from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, M.S.W (Social work) in the area of Labour and Social Welfare From Andhra University Visakhapatnam PGDHR (Post graduation Diploma in Human Rights (Two Years PG Course) from Indian Institute of Human Rights New Delhi, M.A., &PGDFE From Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Later he was awarded Ph.D. in law from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Presently he is pursuing (LL. D) From Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Sabbavaram, Visakhapatnam. Prof. (Dr.) GantaSatyanarayana is a productive writer and wrote on several contemporary issues. His first work on My Musingson Contemporary Society and Human Rights in the wake of Globalisation. He wrote 27 articles on various subjects including Human Rights, Moratorium on Strikes and Lock outs, Environment Law, child labour, Education, trade unions, Indian Judiciary, Right to Information, Intellectual Property Rights, Right to Education, Impact of Industrial Relations in reputed law journals. He presented more than 36 Research papers in various national and international seminars and conferences. He also did Project for Legal Aid and Legal Literacy camps for STs In East Godavari District. Prof. (Dr,) GantaSatyanarayana was invited as Guest Faculty (Resource Person) by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Kakinada Branch of SIRC (South India Regional Conference of I.C.A.I and Andhra Pradesh Human Resource Development Institute (Govt.of Andhra Pradesh) consecutive for five years. Prof. (Dr.) GantaSatyanarayana received Two Commendation Merit Certificates from State Government of Andhra Pradesh on the eve of Republic Day. He was also the Member of Academic and Professional development Committee, Asia Pacific Regional Forum International Bar Association & Life Member, Indian Constitution and Parliamentary Studies, New Delhi. His areas of interest include Sociology of Law, Human Rights, Constitutional Laws, Rights of Juvenile delinquent ADR, Arbitration, labour laws.
