About

Dr Lakshmi Chebolu is a Graduate from Commerce and pursued Legal studies at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. She has 26 years of teaching experience in Law. She teaches Public International Law, International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law, Law of Contracts, Labour Laws, and Women and Law. She specialized in Business Laws and secured First Class in M.L. Her Doctoral thesis titled ‘International Humanitarian Law and Protection of Women From Sexual Violence in Armed Conflicts’ was awarded the ‘Peri Narayana Murthy’ Gold Medal for the best PhD thesis in law, Andhra University in the year 2014, and recipient of Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishnan Memorial Award-2020-“The Most Evocative Teacher”, from Tejasvi Astitva Foundation, NGO, Delhi. She has a Life Membership in The International Institute of Humanitarian Law, San Remo, Italy. She published various Articles and presented papers in National and International Seminars, attended Workshops and had given numerous Guest Lectures. She was invited for many Radio Talks on Legal Awareness programs conducted by All India Radio (AIR), Visakhapatnam.
