He is a graduate in law from Mysore University and LL.M. from, Department of Legal Studies, Bangalore University. Has a Masters Degree in Foreign Trade. His Doctoral Degree thesis is on “Copyright in the Digital Media- a Critical Analysis with Reference to India.” His Research area includes Law of Contracts, Corporate Laws with Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Exchange Laws, Competition/Anti-Trust Laws and Intellectual Property Rights. He was Assistant Professor at the National Judicial Academy, Bhopal; Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar; Faculty Member, Law School & Academic Coordinator, ICFAI Business School, Bangalore, M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore, JSS College of Law, Mysore and SJRC College of Law, Bangalore. He has published in various journals articles and attended Seminars, Workshop and Conferences. He had chaired sessions at the National Seminars. He had organized the two International Moot Court Competition at GNLU and 1st DSNLU National Moot Court Competition. He was working as visiting faculty at M.S Ramaiah School of Management, Bangalore and Pandit Den Dayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar. He had participated in Philip Jessup International Moot Court Competition as a student. He had been a judge in Stetson International Moot Court Competition held Bhopal.
