He is a post-graduate in law (LL.M) in Constitutional and Administrative Law. He has also to his credit a Master’s Degree in Politics. He has been teaching Constitutional law, Administrative Law, and Interpretation of Statutes since 1991. He has 31 years of teaching experience. He served as Visiting Professor at The Tamil Nadu National Law School, Tiruchirappalli, and Tamil Nadu.
