ABOUT DAMODARAM SANJIVAYYA NATIONAL LAW UNIVERISTY (DSNLU)
With the growing importance of quality and holistic legal education, National law schools have acquired a lot of importance. Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam (“DSNLU”) was established at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India constituted by the DSNLU Act, 2008. DSNLU endeavours to be a premier law school with state-of-the-art facilities and also emphasizes the clinical aspects to promote and provide world-class education, training, a research consultancy, and services. The university currently runs 5-Year B.A.LLB (Hons), 3-Year LLB and LLM courses.

The Society for Paper Publication at Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam, aims to foster intellectual leadership and enhance capabilities in academic paper writing and publication. It serves as a platform for students to engage in scholarly discourse, develop research skills, and contribute to legal academia.

We accept submissions on contemporary legal issues
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The submissions will be reviewed and edited by the Editorial Board under the supervision of the Editor in Chief.
- Co-authorship is permissible up to a maximum of two Authors.
- The submissions are to be made only in Microsoft Word Format (.docx or .doc files)
- The Author(s) shall not disclose their identity anywhere in the body of the manuscript.
- The Authors must mention Table of Contents in the first page of their paper.
- The submission shall contain a separate cover letter on the first page of the document enumerating the following details:
- Name of the Author(s);

- Address of the Author(s);
- Phone Numbers of the Author(s);
- Title of the manuscript;
- Submission Category;
- Name of the institution/Organization;
- Year of study/ Designation; and
- Email address(s).
STYLE/ FORMATTING GUIDELINES
- The paper should be justified in Times New Roman, font size 12 with 1.5 spacing.
- Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, 10 font size, and have single spacing.
- All references must be in the form of hyperlinks in the body of the submission. Hyperlinks should be provided to all supporting materials and legal texts for the benefit of the readers. In case no hyperlink is available for any reference, use of endnotes is recommended. No speaking endnotes or footnotes are allowed.
- In case of endnotes, the following formatting to be followed: Font – Times New Roman, Font Size – 10, Single Spacing between all lines.
- Strictly confirm to Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (4th ed., 2012) as the citation format.
- Any form of Plagiarism and use of AI will result in immediate disqualification for publication.
HOW TO SUBMIT?

IMPORTANT POLICY
- The submission must be original unpublished work of the Author(s) and it should not be simultaneously considered at any other place.
- Upon submission, the manuscript shall be the property of DSNLJ for any subsequent publication/reprint/derivative work.
- DSNLJ reserves the right to reject entries which do not conform to the Guidelines for Submission.
- The Author(s) shall be presumed to have obtained the necessary permission from cited authors in case a cited work is unpublished.
- DSNLJ reserves absolute right to cancel, differ, or postpone the publication in the event of the accruing of any incident, natural or man-made.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the DSNLJ shall be final and binding.
- The Editorial Board shall not be responsible for any material that is libellous or scandalous.
- The Editorial Board may review the accuracy of the citation but the responsibility rests with the Author(s).
All submissions made to the Blog are double blind refereed. Decision on publication is at the sole discretion of the Centre. Relaxation of any rules regarding submissions is subject to the discretion of the Board of Editors.
